Server notes

Dedicated app 222860 supports anonymous SteamCMD installation; game app is 550. Game/A2S default to UDP27015; optional same-port TCP RCON requires your own password and trusted-source restrictions. Vanilla co-op has four survivors; eight total Versus players do not mean eight-person co-op. SourceMod requires MetaMod; expanded co-op also needs matching slot extensions, survivor-bot management and lobby handling. Left4DHooks is a dependency library. Match complete custom-map content; server-only plugins need not all be installed on clients. Do not disable sv_consistency by default. Listing depends on ports, NAT, reservation and actual configuration.
