Server notes

SE1 dedicated server AppID 298740 uses the official Windows configurator. Default UDP 27016; use the allocated SteamPort, not an assumed 27017. Vanilla remote management uses VRage REST API, not Source RCON. Existing worlds use Sandbox_config.sbc; stop, back up and load the right world in the configurator. PCU cannot guarantee SimSpeed.
