Use -file start and -settings; old default.ini/-loadlatest examples are not current launch templates. UpdatePort 27015 is optional compatibility configuration; 8081 is not mandatory. Native Windows/Linux; community guidance suggests glibc 2.40+, verified against actual loader logs. Profile hardware for the base.
