First, ports: three ports from AMP ports.json — 7777/UDP game traffic, 27015/UDP Steam query, 7878/UDP RCON (AMP labels it UDP, but RCON typically uses TCP; actual protocol unverified, D1). Original defaultPorts had 27016 as game port; the actual game port is 7777 (C1 fix). Second, config: Game.ini at Vein/Saved/Config/{Linux,Windows}Server/Game.ini, UE4 INI format, 5 sections. AMP exposes 19 panel parameters, 9 of which write to Game.ini. Third, server appid 2131400 (type=Tool), game appid 1857950 (type=Game), both native dual-platform. Fourth, SteamCMD anonymous download; Linux also needs Steamworks SDK (appid 1007) and packages libasound2, libatomic1, libpulse0. Fifth, executable names carry Test suffix; experimental branch uses DebugGame variant. Sixth, exit method OS_CLOSE + string stop + timeout 30s. Seventh, node-gamedig does not list this game (zero hits for vein in lib/games.js), but Steam A2S query port exists so serverProtocol stays steam_a2s. Eighth, 21 branches including public, experimental and 19 historical version branches.
