Full-field generator with preflight validation: catches missing token on public servers, allow_commands=true and other silent failures
All 12 science packs (7 base + 5 Space Age), live machine counts per module setup
Since 2.0.7 beacons scale with √n: total effect, marginal gain, and how far the old linear model overshoots
Tile-accurate reactor neighbour bonus, plus optimal fusion generators and Gleba heating tower ratios
Throughput matrix for 4 belt tiers × 4 stack levels, plus backpressure diagnosis when ratios look right but the line jams
Output distribution across five tiers, 25% recycler return, and crafts needed per legendary
Foundation weight → thrusters → speed → asteroid pressure, with hard layout constraints like the southern thruster edge
Allocates in fixed priority (heavy → lubricant/solid fuel → light → gas) and reports real gas output and shortfall
Recursively expands any product: machines per stage and total demand folded back to raw ore
Cycle time, loading bottleneck and trains needed — the limit is almost always inserters, not capacity
Evolution = time + pollution + nest kills, with a contribution breakdown and the current biter tier
Full-field generator with preflight validation: catches missing token on public servers, allow_commands=true and other silent failures
Ore frequency / size / richness, starting area, water and cliffs, nest density — barely exposed by hosting panels
Pollution spread, the three evolution factors and nest expansion — pairs with the player-side evolution estimator
Searchable reference across cheats, world/biters, force bonuses and server ops
Generates the install script (with a glibc precheck), systemd unit, backup script, firewall rules and start commands at once
Version parity check, mod-list.json generator, official API sync script and a 9-item preflight checklist

This game does not ship its server via SteamCMD — download it from the official source.
config/server-settings.jsonconfig/map-gen-settings.jsonconfig/server-adminlist.jsonconfig/server-banlist.jsonconfig/rconpwmods/saves/<存档名>.zipFactorio has no Steam dedicated server to pull — you download the server from factorio.com, where a dedicated headless build omits graphics, sound and the Xlib/libGL/asound dependencies for pure server machines. Steam-hosted games still use 34197. The only port is **UDP 34197** (Factorio is UDP-only and builds its own reliable-delivery layer on top to handle loss and reordering), plus 27015/TCP for RCON if you want it. One easily missed trap: if your router randomises the source port on packets leaving 34197 (NAT rewriting), players simply cannot connect, and that behaviour has to be disabled on the router. Configuration is three JSON files — map-gen-settings.json (map size, ore patch frequency and size), map-settings.json (pollution spread, biter expansion and evolution) and server-settings.json (server name, visibility, player cap, autosave_interval, RCON password) — with the first two only applying when you create a map via --create. The server **requires** an existing save, so the flow is factorio --create saves/main.zip to generate, then factorio --start-server saves/main.zip --server-settings ./data/server-settings.json to host. Headless mode auto-pauses with no players connected unless you set auto_pause = false in server-settings.json. Every instance must run identical game and mod versions or clients cannot join. Performance is about single-core clock rather than core count, and the bigger the factory the harsher it gets. Use autosave_interval 10 and autosave_slots 15; a large save alone can be hundreds of megabytes, so budget 30–100 GB of disk. Never run it in a bare SSH session — use systemd, tmux or screen. Admins go in config/server-adminlist.json and the whitelist in server-whitelist.json.
